Code Of Conduct

The way work is done matters as much as the work itself.

The Hubops Standard

At Hubops, the Code of Conduct gives people a clear way to work with clients, partners, vendors, and each other. It is not treated as a document that sits in a folder. It guides everyday choices, especially when delivery pressure is high, timelines are tight, or client systems involve sensitive data.

The standard is simple. Act honestly. Protect information. Respect people. Avoid shortcuts that create risk later. Speak up when something does not look right.

This matters in technology work because small decisions can travel far. A missed access review, an unclear vendor handoff, or a careless data share can affect trust quickly. The Code of Conduct helps keep those decisions visible, fair, and accountable.

“Trust is built through the small choices people make before anyone asks for proof.”

Our Conduct Principles

Hubops keeps conduct practical by focusing on behaviour that can be seen, reviewed, and improved.

01

Honest

To communicate clearly and avoid misleading clients, teams, or partners.

02

Accountable

To take ownership of decisions, delays, mistakes, and commitments.

03

Respectful

To create a workplace where people are heard, included, and treated fairly.

04

Careful

To protect client information, credentials, systems, and business-sensitive details.

05

Responsible

To avoid conflicts of interest, misuse of access, and careless vendor decisions.

06

Speak-Up Ready

To raise concerns early before small issues become bigger risks.

Conduct In Client Work

Hubops puts conduct into practice during consulting, cloud, AI, API, integration, and managed technology work. Client trust is not built only through delivery speed. It also depends on how teams handle access, explain risks, record decisions, and protect business context.

For example, if a project team finds a weak permission setting during an integration review, the right response is not to ignore it because the deadline is approaching. The issue should be flagged, documented, and handled properly. That is where conduct becomes useful in real work.
