2. Three Diagnostic Families
Readiness Assessments
Evaluate whether your organizational foundations (strategy, talent, infrastructure, governance) are prepared to adopt a major capability such as Enterprise AI or Cloud-Native migration.
Maturity Assessments
Benchmark operational and architectural sophistication on a continuous scale from ad-hoc processes to automated, self-healing platforms (e.g., API & Integration Maturity).
Opportunity Assessments
Identify specific workflows where modern automation, agentic workflows, or system consolidation yield the highest return on investment.
3. Scoring Model & Maturity Stages
Raw responses are mapped to normalized capability values (0–100) per dimension. A weighted composite score establishes the organization's overarching maturity stage:

4. Confidence & Visibility Handling
Unlike consumer quizzes that penalize respondents for honestly admitting uncertainty, the Readiness Index includes dedicated "Not sure" options. These responses are captured as knowledge gaps and adjust the overall assessment confidence level (High, Moderate, or Limited) rather than arbitrarily scoring the organization at zero.
5. Data Governance & Private Tokens
Assessment results are private by default. Each result URL uses an unguessable, cryptographically generated token, carries explicit noindex, nofollow headers, and separates technical response telemetry from personally identifiable contact data.
